Texture Image

Still Life of shapes, also a design to follow in creating the next image.

Here is my still life done in the texture paper
created perviously. This was a little difficult
for me to create. I really like doing collage
work, but this one kind of through me for
a loop. I found myself wanting to add pencil
to define the shapes and shadows better.

International Week at Minerva Akadamie von Popkultuur (Leeuwarden)

Photo: Alexandra Mitiku  I arrived with Lavinia on a wet Tuesday morning in Leeuwarden. We were running late for the opening of the international week at Leeuwarden and managed to get slightly lost. Eventually we stumbled into the presentation room of Minerva Academie voor Popcultuur . My first impression of the school was how liberal they were, from discussions to interior design. Originally we were supposed to make only installations based on the environment, but we ended up joining another workshop ‘Future City planning’ and consequently our workshop description was a fusion of planning a future Leeuwarden and making an art installation. Finest Sounds in Music & Media 2018

The 29 th Music and Media in Tampere in October, from Thursday 4th to Friday 5 th , was a huge international event with more than 650 participants from Finland and abroad.
